Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Builder radar ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this in our database to identify your account.

Project Data

The project details you submit — your URL, brand, competitors, and buyer prompts — are stored to power AI-answer tracking and the reports we generate. This data is private to your account.

To sample how AI answers your buyers, your buyer prompts (and your brand/competitor names) are sent to the third-party AI engines listed in Section 4. We store the answers those engines return. We never send them your email, name, or any other account data.

Usage Data

We log API usage, error rates, and feature interactions to improve the service. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity in logs.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your full card number. We receive a customer ID, subscription status, and plan information.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your project details or buyer prompts to train AI models.

5. Data Retention

Report and answer-history data is retained according to your plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Solo), 60 days (Agency). Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. You may request an export at any time.

6. Cookies

We use only functional cookies — specifically Supabase session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

→Export your project and signal data in JSON format
→Object to processing of your data

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage via Supabase, Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data, and API key rotation.

9. Children

Builder radar is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact us immediately.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
